Q: Sequence campaign
is there a way to do a sequence campaign where it has a scheduled texts with time intervals ( to the same contact ) and it automatically stops the sequence once the user reply?

Nov 22, 2024A: There is a way to create a sequence (we call them autoresponders) and it will send messages at pre-planned intervals. It doesn’t automatically remove them from the sequence when they reply though. I've had a look at autoresponders ( it seems it's events driven sequence ).
I'm asking about something along the lines of like a cold email campaign, three to four text to be sent at pre-planned intervals, the sequence stops once a user has responded to any of the texts.
is there something like this in the platform?
MatKoenigPLUSAssuming you have consent to text them you could send a text blast to your list. Then, Our auto responder would do this. Example your first message says “reply taco to get xxxx”
When they reply with your keyword it would automatically add them to a different group and fire the auto responder at the specifically timed intervals you set.
