How many projects can we handle in 1 license, and can we restrict the project task visibility to the assigned person only? 1 workspace is confusing me. If there is any elaboration of it. Because I have a small team of IT and marketing. So, I want to use your software for project management with a cross-functional team but also want the task view to be available only for the assigned person.
If i invite 5 members to 5 different workspaces - each to a separate space , they will see each other contact details - other spaces- in their account? I tested that and even if theiy are part of different spaces they can still see each other spaces emails. For me its a big issue as spaces should not be seen by others Also i want to use 5 workspaces activating for each 2 codes. Can i buy 10 codes and distribute them to workspaces...lets say 2 per each workspace? Or any other combination
A: Each workspace is independent. Users will only see contact details if they belong to the same workspace. For example, they can only see a specific space and its content if you explicitly invite them to that space. Within a workspace, spaces function as separate areas for organizing content and collaboration. Users won't have access to spaces they're not invited to, even if they're part of the...
good point, on the other hand in january we will start to work in all the admin levels , so we will add this logic :) but for the moment workspace is liek your company, if you want to have only one worskapce with one client you should create a new one onnly with this client

But if i share just one folder with 1 user , he can see in the settings all users at workspace level. Not only the admin and his name/adress
