Q: AI pricing and chat functions
Hi! So far seems good. What will be the ai pricing? Will it be a fixed monthly fee for us appsumos independent of user count?
If a user is in only space A, another user is only in space B, I know they wont see each others spaces, but can they communicate with chat? I have 5 divisions, marketing, manufacturing, sales etc.. If I want users to message/chat with everybody, I have to make an empty space and add everybody to be able to communicate? Can I message 2 users, and it will be a private grouped message just like in slack? Can I create message groups (slack) or I just use space as a general chat in a department eg marketing?

Feb 2, 2025A: We’re still in beta, so we haven’t finalized everything yet. We want to be upfront: it's not feasible to cover AI costs solely through lifetime subscriptions. As a result, there might be a small monthly fee for AI usage in the future. We’ll keep everyone updated once our AI is fully ready.
Regarding chats, users can start one by adding an email. If they share a space, the chat will automatically appear in the chat list. Otherwise, they can simply create a new chat using the email, and communication will be enabled.
Group chats are currently not supported. However, you can create task-specific chats if a group of people is collaborating on a task, or use the dedicated chat available in each space.

yes in february we launch a new version with the new chat, and the dektop app will be availible too :)
Thanks. Can users start a chat with user name or just email? Are you planning on native integrations besides zapier. A hubspot would be really nice.
you can start with users registered and email for external , they will need to register after, integrations natively is a high cost for us because we need to manteniance in long term, for the moment we offer pabbly and zappier, you can conext with them, and pabbly has lifetime deal :)
