Q: Clarity for Multiple Workspaces
I read that you changed the wording from "workspaces" to "docs." However, I'm still unclear.
Here's my case scenario: First, I need a confidential business space. Second, I'm a committee leader that needs a space to house our projects, tasks, and upcoming event details.
1. Is this platform suitable for both endeavors?
2. Is white-labeling available for Tier 2? Please consider the fact that we Solopreneurs need white-labeling when dealing with clients and need Business plan features. I'd like my logo, URL, and branding colors implemented too.
3. Are video calls for designated "team members ONLY and is that feature similar to Zoom's platform?"
4. Regarding the "unlimited spaces" - are those areas password protected or open to the general team at-large?

Feb 17, 2025A: 1-Yes, it’s possible! Your workspace represents your entire company or team—usually, you have one workspace. Inside, you can create unlimited spaces with different people from your workspace.
2-White-labeling is only available on monthly or yearly plans. If you want to customize the logo and URL, you’ll need to switch to a paid subscription.
3-It’s not just for team members! You can invite external people using a shared link.
4-I’m not sure I fully understand your question, but spaces are like different areas within your business, such as marketing, data, or engineering.

Thank you, Ivan for the quick follow-up. Responses: 1. I have two separate entities that can't be combined. So, one workspace is not suitable. I can't have m y clients mixed w/ a different org. 2. It's a bit unfortunate not to have customizations w/in the AppSumo tiers for solopreneurs. 3. This is great! The shared link is beneficial for all on the committee. 4. Okay, I get it now. Understood.

2- we know but we need to make the project sostenible and only with lifetimes is not posible :S
