Q: DIFFERENCE BETWEEN MEMBERS/CLIENTS/INVITEES + MORE INFO ABOUT STORIES
Hi,
Great-looking product! From the reviews, it seems to "tick a lot of boxes."
Before I proceed, I need some clarification for my use case:
I plan to use Edworking with my family to teach project management and online business skills. We’d set up multiple spaces for family, school, learning, and remote work. For the remote spaces, each of us would organize work for our clients and invite external clients into these spaces.
If I purchase Tier 1 with "5 Member Accounts," will we face any restrictions when inviting external clients to individual spaces? Are member accounts essentially admins of a shared workspace?
Lastly, I’d love more details about your "stories" feature. Can it be used for short daily messages as a communication tool? This sounds particularly valuable for our needs.
Looking forward to your insights!

Jan 17, 2025A: Hi, thanks for your kind words! 😊 We believe Edworking can be a great help for your project.
First, we’d be happy to offer you an onboarding session with our team. Just send us an email at support@edworking.com to schedule a time that works for you.
For your use case, as you’ve noticed, Spaces are a perfect fit. You can create a dedicated space to share with a client. Currently, members, clients, and invitees are treated the same. To ensure the sustainability of our business, we’ve structured it this way, but the Tier 5 AppSumo deal offers unlimited members in the workspace(worksapce is like a company).
With Stories, you can provide updates about tasks or share updates in any chat using your voice and screen sharing. It’s a fantastic way to keep everyone connected. This year, we’re enhancing Stories with even more features, such as easier sharing with external collaborators and the ability to share your screen and video simultaneously.
Looking forward to supporting your project!
