Q: Does clients equal members

If I have 100 clients and 15 team members to service those clients, would tier 2 work? If not sure if a client would be considered a team member.

A: Yes they are consider team members, in this case with the tier 5 you get unlimited members

Is there a timer option or a feature which can be allocated to a task to set a deadline to be completed within the given timeline? If not so adding that feature will come in handy
Can you create a new task for the project by forwarding the email to the project's designated email address?
