HI,
Does it identify external vs internal users?
What about changing the notifications (status) like "do not disturb, etc"
Any workflows or reminders?
I am using it now and I'm impressed by what you have done so far. I know it's a working progress

Currently, there’s no distinction between internal and external users — everyone is treated as a user. That’s why we offer the Tier 5 plan with unlimited users.
In this new version, you’ll find a comprehensive configuration matrix to fully customize your notifications.
Additionally, workflows can now be integrated using Zapier or Pabbly, at this stage.
