Q: Questions on UX / Features
Before I jump in on this tool, can you answer the below questions:
UX - WEB Observations (Chrome)
1. The Font size is a little small - do you plan to allow users to choose between the fonts?
2. The fonts used are not clear especially the bold text being displayed.
3. The Chat widget (bottom right hand) need to be placed a little on the upper side. Currently its overlapping my Windows Task Bar which is hidden and pops up when I navigate in the chat.
WEB - FUNCTIONALITY
1. Unable to filter Sprints, and there is no Start / End date
2. Mentions "@" are not working. Is this by design or not working?
MOBILE - Android App
1. No native notifications - Is this something you plan to implement?
2. No mentions "@"
3. Fonts not clear and small
GENERAL
1. Live chat support timings - EST / IST?
2. Issue Resolution (SLA)?

Mentions are not available yet, but they will be added later this year.
