Q: Export/import template kits or child theme?
Am I able to design websites with Element Pack Pro and export all the settings and blocks/widgets as a template kit or child theme to sell to others?

I think you've misunderstood. If I design my OWN templates (not yours), using your blocks/widgets, that's not reselling. It's like designing a template with Elementor blocks/widgets and exporting it as a Template Kit - many vendors do this.
I'd like to know if your plugin has export/import functionality for us to design our own templates and sell it to our clients?
