Q: Can't verify MX entry

Hello,
I am your customer and have purchased Tier3 Appsumo. I followed the instructions. I have positively verified entries: SPF, DKIM and DMAC. However, after adding MX entry, I still have INVALID status. How can I contact you to solve the problem? In the DNS section of the server I have:

300
MX
10 feedback-smtp.ffdc-1.emailit.com.mysampledomain.pl.

As I don't see your sending domain, please send an email to support@emailit.com so we can take a look.

Usually, customers mistakenly create an MX record for the apex (root) domain instead of emailit.sendingdomain.com, as they should.
