Q: How do you manage IP reputation to ensure high deliverability?
How do you manage IP reputation to ensure high deliverability, and what steps do you take to monitor, maintain, and improve it? Also, how do you handle blacklisting, use authentication protocols like SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, and offer dedicated or shared IP options?

Sep 4, 2024A: Hey there,
We are currently having one main (well-rated) shared IP address that all new customers use when they join. Once they start sending we can see the spam rates, complaints and domain reputations and move slowly those to the IP addresses they fit the most, based on their emails.
We have automatic hail bounces and soft bounces blacklisting, everyone is forced to use SPF, DKIM, and their own sending domain to send emails with us.
We do currently don't publicly offer dedicated IP, but we are preparing to have the option for $25/monthly (only annual payment of $300) per one Dedicated IP. We will recommend those for customers sending 100k+ emails from one domain.

You have a pretty high price for additional IPs.
🤔
Data centers don't charge that much for additional IPs.
For example, at OVH it's only $2/month.

.
Especially since, as you said, you have your own Data Center.

We don't just change your IP address to a dedicated one. We monitor it, make sure it is warmed up, and work with you to optimize your delivery, so it is well-rated. Nothing stops you from renting a cheap VPS and running your own mailing server if that is what you want to spend your time on. Or choose us and focus on your main product/business :-)
