Hi there, we send around 1,600,000 messages per month. Could you clarify if the 1M limit on the deal is a hard cap, or do you offer an overage pricing option for Sumolings? Also, do you provide a dedicated IP add-on, and if so, what’s the pricing? Finally, we typically see hourly peaks of 3,000 to 5,000 messages — could you share any limits or throttling policies that might affect that volume? Thanks!

Hourly peaks of 3000-5000 are ok. All new customers have a rate limit of 1000/h, once you send your first 10000 emails, we can review your workspace and increase it based on the sending stats.
