So happy when I saw your service listed, but got a bit worried reading your TOS.

A lot of moral terms, regarding all from adult, gaming, and misinformation. Are you really enforcing all of this, and who is to be the judge, what is the border between erotic and adult, and what is misinformation?

Why not just do like SendGrid, and most other bigger providers, stating that mails have to be in compliance with local laws and your local Czech laws, and have rules for spam complaints and so on.

Would love to purchase your service, but some of my sites have some relation to adult, and don't want to be banned.
