We are currently utilizing your service for user verification in our app, but it is not functioning properly. No emails are being sent, and the back-end dashboard appears to be blank. We have already experienced issues with emails being delayed or held up, and now we are facing this additional problem.

I understand the frustrations. The systems are up and running, and the issue lasted <1h. This has been caused by unluckily scheduling live maintenance at the same time as our internet provider, which caused minor service disruption.
We will make sure that this won't happen again. (First outage since we launched).
