Disappointed with EmailIt’s Unfair Suspension Policy
I subscribed to EmailIt’s Tier 5 plan specifically to send bulk marketing emails, only to have my account suspended without warning. We used their campaigns page as intended, yet our access was revoked despite following standard email marketing practices.
Every email marketing platform experiences some soft and hard bounces—this is normal. We’ve used MailChimp and Postmark to send emails to the same list without any issues, yet EmailIt flagged our campaigns unfairly. Instead of working with us to resolve concerns, they simply suspended the account.
This kind of abrupt action disrupts business operations and makes EmailIt unreliable for serious marketers. If you’re looking for a dependable email service, I’d recommend considering alternatives that support bulk email marketing without unnecessary suspensions and continue with refund.

Feb 10, 2025Hi there,
Thank you for your feedback.
First of all, we take suspensions very seriously. After reviewing your workspace, you broke 3 rules out of our ToS and Acceptable Use Policy. This will result in workspace suspension until you resolve the issues. (As mentioned in the email you received).
Broken rules:
1/ Sending from domain with no working website.
2/ Bounce rate around 20% (15% more than allowed by our policies.)
3/ Not following CAN-SPAM and sending to US recipients without physical address within in email
I understand your frustration, but we are way more strict about email practices. We help everyone achieve the best results, but that takes time, patience, and an understanding of how email works. If you want help with it, you can join our discord: https://discord.emailit.com
To reinstate your workspace, you can always reply to the original email after you resolve the issues mentioned above.
Your account also got flagged quickly, as within a few hours of signing up, you tried to send more than 450k emails without prior testing, warming up, or carefully following our guidelines.
