I really wanted this to work, but after using it for approx 6 months for myself and a number of clients, I've finally pulled the plug.
The last couple of months I started getting suppression issues with a number of emails due to too many soft or hard fails. And having to frequently re-enter account credentials in smtp settings. Also majority of emails were landing in junk mail.
So I recently compared deliverability with another platform POSTMARK, and it was like chalk and cheese. Even though POSTMARK costs me from $15/month it at least delivers mine and my clients emails to the INBOX.

I am sorry to hear about your experience with landing in spam. As with any email provider, that isn't very reassuring.
Most of the issues ending up in spam/junk are related to an onboarding IP pool, which all new customers are in. Once you send at least 1k emails, we can move you to a different IP pool - designated for your types of emails. All you need to do is reach our support@emailit.com
As with any ESP, shared IP pools have their pros and cons, and this is one of them. We are improving our platform weekly based on all the data we get, and you always have options.
