Not capable to handle big traffic
I have purchased the highest plan which is 1 million email per month, but this guys are restricting so much that they don't allow to send so many emails, i have tried their services but i feel that email delivery in Inbox is very less compare to Amazon and other provider, we were sending genuine opt-in emails but still they restrict you like anything!
Their UI is very user friendly and other things is very fine, but i think this is a start-up company and will take time to matchure and in future i will consider to take services from them.
So if you are looking for higher plan, this is not the platform you should consider!
Also the biggest draw back is they don't have any support staff to handle the things, only one person is handling the things.

We are very strict about following our ToS and Acceptable Use Policy. As we discussed, you did not provide enough information to allow us to increase your sending limits.
I understand that it might be frustrating to be required to follow our guidelines strictly. However, we take our deliverability and emailing practices very seriously.
When it comes to support, I handle it personally so I can talk to everyone and collect as much feedback as possible. I still manage to resolve all tickets within hours--rarely days. Once necessary, we will also send a few of our internal personnel to provide support.
