Q: 2025 Tier 5 --> Tier 6 Upgrade and White labeling Question
Hi there, I just bought Tier 5 a few days ago and am already wondering if I should move to Tier 6. If I choose to do that, how do I go about it? I've never upgraded after a purchase before.
And... if/when white labeling comes around, will it be offered to all tiers? If I stay tier 5, will I be offered it? Will it only be on tier 6? Or will it be a separate purchase altogether?

✅ Upgrading from Tier 5 to Tier 6:
- Go to your AppSumo account and navigate to your Encharge purchase.
- Click on "Change Plan" or "Upgrade" next to your Encharge deal.
- Select Tier 6 and complete the upgrade process.
If you encounter any issues during the upgrade, please reach out to AppSumo support, as they manage the upgrade process directly.
✅ White Labeling:
Currently, white labeling is not available in Encharge, but we’re actively exploring this feature. If it becomes available, we’ll share the details with the community.
Will it be offered to all tiers? Uncertain for now. It could be a Premium-only feature or a separate purchase, depending on implementation.
If I stay on Tier 5, will I get it? Not guaranteed. We will clearly communicate the requirements if white labeling is launched.
J_HIf you want to upgrade just head to your profile, go to products and you can see the list of the software you bought. Then just navigate to encharge, select the list of options and find upgrade. :D
