Q: A few questions before signing up to this!
Hi there,
I'm currently using Sendfox and would love to find something better. Can you please tell me,
1. Will I be able to import contacts directly from Sendfox to you? They don't seem to have an option of exporting the different lists separately but only 'all contacts' - how would I avoid the complete mess of having no segmentation with my current contacts - which would literally be impossible to reorganise?
2. Is it possible to move people in bulk from one list/segment to another?
3. Is there integration with Wordpress (for forms) and Group Collector?
4. Is it possible to add social links/icons (incl Youtube and Tiktok) - and in the order of my choice?
5. When scheduling emails (not automations), will I then see them listed according to date of creation or scheduled date?
Would appreciate fast response so I can still catch the deal!

Importing from SendFox
Yep, you can import a CSV of all your contacts. If SendFox doesn’t export by list, one workaround is to tag them in SendFox first (by list), then import and use those tags in Encharge to recreate your segments.
Bulk move contacts
Yes — you can move, tag, or re-segment people in bulk from the People page or via Flows.
WordPress and Group Collector
We support WordPress via native forms, site tracking, and embeds. Group Collector isn’t a native integration, but tools like Make/Zapier can bridge the gap.
Social icons
Absolutely. You can add YouTube, TikTok, and other icons in your emails — and choose the order.
Scheduled emails
They show by scheduled send date, not creation date — so you’ll always know what’s going out next 🎯

2. Can a subscriber unsubscribe from one list but stay on another?
3. Does the system recognised when someone is on more than one list to prevent duplicate emails sent?
4. Can someone who unsubscribed re-subscribe?

1. No native integrations with those yet, but all can be connected via Make/Zapier.
2. Encharge doesn't use "lists" — you manage audiences via tags and segments. People can unsubscribe from types of emails using tags/segments.
3. Yes, we auto-deduplicate emails — no one gets the same email twice.
4. Yep! They can re-subscribe via any form. 🙌

2. Can I send out an email to a number of segments at once (or to All, excluding a segment)?
No worries!
1. No built-in double opt-in yet, but you can set it up with a Flow (send a confirmation email, wait for click, then tag/continue).
2. Yep — you can send to multiple segments or exclude certain ones in broadcasts 🙌
