Q: About white labeling
The white labeling feature you hinted is very interesting, even if you didn’t commit to it, I would suggest to implement it to tier 6 when you’re still on appsumo , this feature is very important for many of us, and definitely will make people to upgrade including me. I would also suggest to at least make an add on or an option for transactional emails.

Right now, white labeling is not available in Encharge, but we’re actively exploring the idea. If we decide to launch it, we will carefully consider how best to make it available — whether as part of Tier 6, an optional add-on, or even a Premium-only feature.
As for transactional emails, those are currently exclusive to our Premium plan. We don’t have plans to offer them as an add-on for the Growth (AppSumo) plan, but if that changes, we’ll make sure to let everyone know.
