Q: Achieve new Tier 5 from 2021 Investment
I reached out to your support before posting here to ask if I can upgrade from 2021's Tier 2 to the new Tier 5 by buying Tier 4 and the answer is: "NO. Any 2025 tiers will create a new account."
Please could you clarify this because it's not aligned with your description.

Here’s how it works:
✅ You can upgrade your 2021 Tier 2 to 2025 Tier 6 directly on AppSumo by paying the difference — that will keep everything in the same account.
🚫 But if you buy a new 2025 code separately (like Tier 4), that creates a new, separate account — since each AppSumo code equals one license and one account.
So if your goal is to move up from Tier 2 to something bigger, your best move is upgrading your original license via AppSumo.

It's clear now.. But I agree with Diogo here too.
I totally understand the costs and such, but I don't think it's a fair offer to be honest.
It's pretty expensive and indeed it's just a new plan in disguise.
I love Encharge, I really do. But having to pay the exact same amount as anyone else, while we investors brought you here (even if you took over, frankly it's not our problem)
