Q: Albato support
Hi, this looks great, had not heard of Encharge before. But I am confused, like others, by scattered wording around API and integrations availability on these plans. The Appsumo price chart says "Integrations & marketing automations" - tick - and links to many integrations including Hubspot and Woocommerce. These two are then excluded in the pricing list but what about the rest? Further down in the pricing chart there is "Webhooks, Zapier, Stripe, Chargebee, 40+ other integrations" with a tick but no detail.
I read somewhere that this plan is based on the Growth plans, so I went and found Growth plan features on your website they exclude "API Events and Event-Based Segmentation"
We don't use Zapier to connect, we use Albato. Albato say they have a connector using Encharge's "robust API" but will it work on these plans?

You're absolutely right: the 2025 AppSumo deal gives you access to most native integrations, including Stripe, Chargebee, Typeform, Calendly, Facebook Ads, and many more.
But there are a few Premium-only integrations that are not included in the lifetime deal, like:
• HubSpot
• WooCommerce
• Shopify
• Salesforce
• Segment
You can always find the full breakdown at encharge.io/pricing under the “Premium plan only” section.
Now — about Albato...
✅ Albato works because it connects through our public REST API, which is available to all users, including AppSumo Growth plan holders. So yes, you can use Albato to build automations with Encharge — even on the LTD.
The only exception is if you're trying to use API Events (a different kind of API used for event-based segmentation). That’s not available on the LTD plan — but the general REST API (used for Albato-style workflows) is good to go!
Hope this clears things up! Let me know if you’re working on a specific integration — happy to help you map it out 🙌
I have not that detailed understanding of automation technicalities. Can you clarify if general REST API and albato can be used to achieve event-based segmentation on growth plan with some coding? Or that is not possible at all? If possible is it fully possible to mimic that or to what extent?
You can't fully replicate event-based segmentation on Growth/LTD — even with Albato or the REST API. But you can use them to update tags or fields, then segment based on that. Not 1:1, but it's a workaround.
