Q: Can I send an email when a Google Sheets row is UPDATED?
I see that Encharge has a Google Sheets integration where you can send an email when a row is created. But can I send an email when the order status in Google Sheets is updated?
I use Google Sheets for project management. So when an order status changes, I want to send an email to the customer. How can this be achieved natively, without using Zapier etc.?

You're absolutely right that our native Google Sheets integration lets you trigger an email when a new row is added — but currently, it does not support triggering actions when an existing row is updated, like changing an order status.
So in your case — sending an email when an order status changes — that’s not something Encharge can do natively at the moment. You’d need to use a third-party tool like Zapier, Make, or Pabbly to detect that row update and then trigger something in Encharge.
