Totally hear you. Transactional emails (like password resets, receipts, account alerts, etc.) are definitely one of those features that round out a platform — and we agree they’d be useful even for smaller teams.

Right now, transactional email delivery is part of our Premium plan only, mainly because it requires a different infrastructure and support model on our end. For the 2025 AppSumo campaign, no LTD tier includes it — even Tier 6.

That said, we’ve heard this request from a few folks, and it’s something we’re actively discussing internally. We don’t want to commit to changes we may rethink later, but it’s on our radar, and your vote absolutely helps nudge that conversation forward.
