A: ✅ If you're a 2021 user and you upgrade to Tier 6 now, you’ll keep everything from your original deal plus get the 2025 Tier 6 features. Here’s what that means:

You get:

• Everything from your original 2021 plan (including access to API events, event-based segmentation, HubSpot integration, etc. — even though these are not included in the 2025 deal)
• All the subscriber and feature upgrades from 2025 Tier 6 — including support for up to 50,000 subscribers and access to WooCommerce, Shopify, and ThriveCart integrations
• All current Growth plan features like unlimited emails, native forms, segmentation, flows, etc.

⚠️ If you upgrade and notice something missing (like API events or a Premium integration you had before), just email us at support@encharge.io and we’ll restore your original perks. We’re keeping good on those!

🆕 If you’re a new 2025 buyer on Tier 6, here’s what you get:

• Everything in the 2025 Growth plan (see https://encharge.io/pricing for details)
• Up to 50,000 subscribers
• WooCommerce, Shopify, and ThriveCart integrations
• Unlimited emails, flows, broadcasts, team members, segmentation, native forms, and more

BUT: 2025 buyers do not get access to:
