Yes, you can delete contacts individually or in bulk from your Encharge account.

Here’s how:

• Go to the People section
• Use filters, search, or tags to find the contacts you want to remove
• Select them, then click the trash icon in the top right to delete
• Confirm, and they’ll be permanently removed from your account

As for uploaded lists — we don’t store “lists” in the traditional sense (like Mailchimp-style lists). Once a CSV is imported, the contacts become part of your general contact base. So while you can’t delete the original CSV as a file, you can tag those contacts during import (e.g. “April CSV”) and then delete them all later using that tag.
