📬 SMS
We don’t currently offer native SMS, but you can integrate SMS platforms (like Twilio, ClickSend, or others) using:

• Webhooks
• Zapier / Pabbly / Make
• Or our automation step: "Webhook" → send SMS via your SMS tool

Many of our users are doing automated SMS flows this way — for example: “Tag added → Send SMS via Twilio.”

📒 CRM?
Encharge is not a full CRM. We’re a marketing automation and email platform with some CRM-like functionality (tags, custom fields, activity tracking, segmentation, etc). But we don’t have:

• Pipelines
• Deal stages
• Contact owners or CRM dashboards

That said — we integrate with tools that are CRMs (like HubSpot, Pipedrive, and more via Zapier).

📞 Phone support?
No built-in phone support or dialer inside Encharge. But similar to SMS, some users build outbound call flows using integrations with platforms like JustCall or CloudTalk.

If your stack is heavily CRM + SMS + calling, Encharge could be the automation engine in that stack — but not the CRM or phone/SMS system itself.
