Q: deleting sub account ?

Hello, is it possible on Tier 2, for example, to change the account (by deleting it)? To be able to use it for certain campaigns. Thank you for your answers.

If you're on Tier 2 of the Encharge AppSumo deal, you can create up to 3 sub-accounts, but you cannot delete or replace sub-accounts once they are created. This means you can't switch out an existing sub-account for a new one for different campaigns.

If you need more flexibility, you might want to consider using separate sub-accounts for different clients or campaigns from the beginning.

So it is possible to have a "generic" account on the sub-accounts to manage episodic campaigns, and is it possible to delete the emails from this "generic" campaign in this case in order to be able to use them again? And if I understand correctly, a sub-account works like a main account, so you have to fill in a web field? thx
