Q: Do you bann?
Do you bann accounts without further notice if the terms of service has been violated? Do you bann right away or you send a warning or something? I am asking this not because I am planning to make a violation, it just 1000+ usd is a lot for me and I am afraid of loosing it all.

Short answer: We don’t “ban” people out of the blue or without trying to resolve things first. Our goal is to build long-term relationships with our users, not cut them off without warning 😅
Here’s how we handle things:
• If there’s a clear violation of our Terms of Service — for example, sending spam, importing purchased lists, or abusing infrastructure — we’ll usually reach out first to clarify, warn, and give you a chance to fix things.
• Only in extreme cases (mass abuse, security risk, etc.) would we act immediately, and even then you’d hear from us — we don’t ghost people or disappear your account.
• We also offer full account portability — if you ever wanted to stop using Encharge but keep your data, you can export your contacts, flows, etc. We believe in data freedom.
You’re totally right to be cautious with your investment, especially on a lifetime deal. If you follow normal best practices and send responsibly, you’ll be just fine — we’re here to support, not punish!
And if you ever feel unsure, just shoot us a message at support@encharge.io — we’d rather help you early than react late 💛
Let me know if there's anything else holding you back!
