Q: Does Encharge support "wait" step and flow step features?

I have a question regarding a specific use-case:

I have a custom date field in which I put the end date of a paid membership. I want to have a "wait" step in which the condition is "wait until <custom date> is today" - is that possible?

I also need a flow step with which I can say "go to" and then bring the contact to a specific point in our automation (e. g. to a waiting step in the beginning of the automation).

Could you please let me know if this is doable with Encharge and if yes, how does it work?

Great questions — and yes, Encharge can handle both of those use cases:

✅ "Wait until date"
You can use the "Wait until condition is met" step in a Flow, and set the condition to something like:

Custom Field "Membership End Date" is today

This way, contacts will pause at that step until the custom date matches the current day — perfect for membership logic like yours 🙌

✅ "Go to" step
Encharge also supports a "Go to" step in Flows — it lets you jump to any other step in the same Flow, including back to a Wait step or another section entirely. That gives you a lot of flexibility for looped logic or splitting based on behavior.
