Q: Does it connect with Thrivecart?
I purchased the basic plan. I thought I saw that it connects with ThriveCart but I don't see the option to do so in my apps. Do I need to upgrade to get that feature or is it not possible?
Also, will you be improving the native forms feature to make it so we can add an image to the form? As it is right now, its very basic and could come across like it's not legit.
thank you.

Let’s break this down:
1. ThriveCart Integration
Encharge doesn’t currently have a native integration with ThriveCart, which is why you're not seeing it listed under your Apps tab.
BUT—there is a way to connect Encharge and ThriveCart using Zapier, Pabbly, or similar tools (like Integrately or Make.com). Most people trigger a Flow in Encharge from a ThriveCart purchase using these platforms, typically by mapping the "Form Submitted" or a custom webhook trigger.
So no upgrade is required—it’s not that it’s locked behind a higher plan, just that it’s not a native feature yet. If you’d love to see direct ThriveCart integration, you can help by voting for it here:

2. Native Forms: Can we add images?
We hear you loud and clear on this 💡 Right now, the Native Forms are intentionally kept simple so you can get started fast—but you’re absolutely right, they could use a bit more polish to make them feel more “pro.”
We’re actively working to expand the customization options. Adding support for images (and maybe even richer layouts or brand elements) is something we've discussed internally. I can’t promise a launch date, but it is on our radar.
In the meantime, if you want more flexibility, you might consider using a tool like ConvertBox or a custom HTML form and connecting it to Encharge via the “Form Submitted” trigger or Webhooks.
Let me know if you’d like a hand setting up the ThriveCart > Zapier > Encharge flow or tweaking a workaround for forms!!
