Q: Email deliverability
Question about email deliverability. What are your stats at the present time? Also, how well do you integrate with tools like Mailgun or SendGrid?
I recently converted from Keap to GHL.

Deliverability-wise, we’ve got you covered.
Encharge runs on a managed email infrastructure, and all plans — including AppSumo — come with free deliverability oversight from our email experts. That means:
• We proactively monitor your account, bounce rates, and engagement metrics
• If there’s a dip in performance, we’ll investigate your sending patterns
• And if needed, we can even move your account to a new email server to help you hit the inbox again
We send through SendGrid (via AWS) and keep our IPs and domains whitelisted — monitored daily across 86+ blacklists. No sketchy servers here. Cold emails aren’t allowed, and we manually vet all new/trial accounts to protect the reputation of everyone on the platform.
So even though we don’t integrate with Mailgun or SendGrid as external SMTPs, the reason is simple: we manage the full sending stack ourselves to ensure you get the best possible deliverability — no config headaches or hidden pitfalls.
If you’ve got a big switch happening and want to strategize your sender reputation setup, we’re happy to help you warm things up the right way. Just let us know!! 🙌
