Q: Email reputation score
Hi, I noticed that you guys use send grid as a email provider. Please can I the email deliverability and reputation score. Do each user have get their own reputation score or are we sharing it with others? In which case, I'm wondering if other people 's emails might impact our reputation score, therefore spam and deliverability impact etc?
Thanks

May 3, 2025A: Great question — and an important one if you care about deliverability (which you absolutely should!) 📬
To clarify:
✅ We do not use SendGrid anymore.
That was a legacy provider from the early days. We’ve since moved fully to our own email infrastructure, built on top of Amazon SES with custom IP warmup, bounce handling, and domain-level tracking.
Now to your main concern:
💡 Reputation is domain-based, not shared across accounts.
• Each sender's domain (yours) builds its own reputation
• You're not affected by other Encharge users' behavior — there's no shared pool of deliverability risk
• We strongly recommend using your own verified sending domain (via SPF, DKIM, and DMARC) — and Encharge walks you through how to do that
When you do that, you own your reputation, and Encharge is simply the infrastructure powering it.
So yes — we take deliverability very seriously, and you’re in full control of your sending health 💪
Let me know if you want tips on warming up a domain or improving your score!
