While we don’t have an eCommerce-specific video ready just yet, we’re actively working on new tutorials — and a dedicated eCommerce walkthrough (WooCommerce + Shopify) is high on our list 🙌

Thank you! All the features listed seem to be available for free in Shopify using Shopify Flow + Shopify Email, can explain the Encharge features not available in Shopify? Anything particular in regards to product recommendations?

Shopify Flow + Email are solid, but Encharge offers:

✅ Advanced Segmentation: Target customers by multiple conditions.
✅ Multi-Channel Flows: Trigger emails, tags, and more.
✅ Dynamic Personalization: Use custom fields in emails.
✅ And more features as per the Growth plan.
