Q: Facebook audiences button - I don't get it! please explain.
1)Can you explain how I could set it up for Facebook and why I would use this option? also confirm does it have anything to do with people in a fb group as I wanted to onboard people and get their details as they join. I will be starting a group and will know doubt have something they are interested in signing up for you see so I would rather if possible have their details when they first join and build a list and segment them.
2)if there is a social media platform that works good with this please advise
3) Can I link it this to DITCAL?
4) can I link it to a html5 video where people can click a link in the vid that prompts them to fill a contact form and join a list

1️⃣ Facebook Audiences
Our Facebook integration is for Ads, not Groups. It lets you sync Encharge segments to a Facebook Custom Audience to retarget via paid ads. What you're trying to do (auto-capturing group join info) isn’t possible via Facebook’s API. Best option? Use group join questions to collect emails, then manually export and import them into Encharge.
2️⃣ Best platform?
Facebook Groups are still the gold standard for community-building + interest-based onboarding. Some folks also use Discord, depending on your audience.
3️⃣ DITCAL?
Not natively supported — but if DITCAL connects to Zapier, you can use that to sync contacts into Encharge.
4️⃣ HTML5 video with opt-in?
There’s no direct click-to-form support in video, but here’s what we recommend:
Gate the video behind an Encharge form on your site. Once someone submits, redirect them to a page with the video. Clean, simple, and effective.
