Q: For e-commerce ?
Hi, I have e-commerce sites, on Shopify as well as on WooCommerce. I'm considering using a tool to, for example, recover abandoned carts. I wanted to know if your software allows this. For example, does it have a trigger when a cart is abandoned? In this case, can it send an email to redirect to the abandoned cart with the products? Can it create coupon code for customers ?Thank you.

Encharge supports both Shopify and WooCommerce for e-commerce:
• WooCommerce: If you have Tier 6 of our AppSumo deal, you can use our native WooCommerce integration for abandoned cart emails. You can trigger automated emails when a cart is abandoned, redirect users back to their cart, and even send personalized offers.
• Shopify: Our native Shopify integration also lets you track abandoned carts and send recovery emails directly through Encharge.
• Coupon Codes: Encharge itself cannot create coupon codes, but you can easily create them in your e-commerce platform (WooCommerce or Shopify) and insert them into your automated emails in Encharge.
