Q: Hi, 1 - Can I add RSS feeds to create my own newsletter like Rasa?
2 - How many users can I have per account/sub-account?
3 - Please, don't get me wrong. I'm just trying to understand. The subscribers/subccounts progression seems a bit off for me. If I run an Agency, would be better to get one single code for each client instead of having a Tier 5 with capped limits for subaccounts. Or subaccounts are used for users? Can you please explain the logic of these limits?

1. Right now, we don't have an RSS automation, however, we already have this feature planned on the roadmap!
2. You can have an unlimited number of users per account/sub-account.
3. You can purchase a single license for each client instead of stacking if you need more contacts :)

5. No, not yet, but we see a decent demand for it already so we might consider it.
6. Yes. You can verify your email domain with Encharge and this will set the proper DKIM and SPF for maximum deliverability. Please check this for more information - https://help.encharge.io/article/113-add-an-email-domain
