hi team, I have old tier 5, how can I upgrade to tier 6?
would I lose any feature after upgrade to 2025 LTD ?

Here’s the deal:
✅ Yes, you can upgrade to Tier 6 by purchasing the 2025 AppSumo deal from the same AppSumo account you originally used. Just make sure to use the same email when you activate your new license, and it’ll be added to your existing Encharge login — showing up as a separate license (not a stack).
❗Important note for 2021 buyers: When you upgrade to the 2025 Tier 6, the system applies the 2025 LTD plan by default, which doesn’t include some legacy features like HubSpot or event-based segmentation.
But don’t worry — you won’t lose anything.
👉 Just email us at support@encharge.io after the upgrade and say something like:
"Hey, I’m a 2021 Tier 5 buyer and just upgraded to the 2025 LTD. Please restore my legacy features."
We'll manually re-enable your original 2021 perks — no questions asked.
So short answer:
• Upgrade directly on AppSumo
• Activate with the same email
• Email us to retain legacy features
And once you’re on Tier 6, you’ll unlock the new stuff too — like WooCommerce integration and the full 50,000 subscribers cap 💪

To upgrade from your 2021 Tier 5 to the new Tier 6, you’ll want to purchase Tier 6 from the 2025 AppSumo deal — not Tier 5 again.
Just activate it using the same email as your current account, and then email us at support@encharge.io so we can restore your 2021 features.
