Q: Integrations

What exactly integrations are available in lower tiers? In description of the plans there is a link to "Integrations & marketing automations" list. But evidently not all integrations on the page are available for lower tiers. Besides 3 that are explicitly excluded, Hubspot, Salesforce and Segment are also not available. The plan in the account says 50+ integrations. I see 17 in "apps" for my plan. Where can I see the whole list that I will finally have?

The forms on my websites can send webhooks. Can I use webhook to integrate my forms, or I should use your Site Tracker anyway?

If I use Site Tracker, what should I state in my cookie policie to be GPRP compliant? Falls your cookie in Marketing group?

I have read in docs that there are "Anonymous people" that will appear in the account... Are they counted in subscriber limits?

A: Hey! Great set of questions — let me break these down clearly for you 👇

🔌 What integrations are included in lower tiers?

You’re right that not all integrations listed on our website are available to AppSumo 2025 lifetime deal (LTD) buyers. To clarify, all LTD plans are mapped to our Growth plan, not Premium.

Here’s what’s excluded from the Growth/LTD tiers (including Tier 6):

❌ HubSpot
❌ Salesforce
❌ Segment
❌ Shopify (only on Tier 6)
❌ WooCommerce (only on Tier 6)
❌ Custom objects
❌ Transactional email API
❌ Event-based segmentation
❌ API "event ingest" (used for advanced tracking)

🟢 Everything else on https://encharge.io/integrations should be available, including:

• Zapier
• Pabbly
• Webhooks
• Calendly
• Stripe
• Intercom
• Typeform
• Facebook Ads
• and more…

The “Apps” section in your account shows the ones that are natively connected and currently surfaced in the UI — but you can also use Zapier, Webhooks, and the Flow builder to connect a much wider range.

🔁 Can I use Webhooks to integrate my forms?

Yes, absolutely!! 🙌

If your website forms can send Webhooks, you can use the “Form Submitted” trigger inside a Flow in Encharge to catch the submission and add the contact to your automation. You do not need to use the Site Tracking script for this, although we recommend it for behavior-based features (like tracking page visits).

Here’s a help doc for that:

🔐 What should I state in my cookie policy for GDPR compliance?

If you install the Site Tracking script, it drops a cookie to identify visitors — used to track page visits and link behavior back to an email (when known). This does fall under “Marketing” cookies from a GDPR standpoint.

So in your cookie policy, you should disclose that:

“We use Encharge to understand user behavior on our website. Encharge may set marketing cookies that help us personalize communication based on actions taken on this site.”

You’ll also want to ensure these cookies are not set until consent is granted, which most cookie management platforms allow you to configure.

👤 Do “Anonymous people” count toward my subscriber limit?

Not unless they enter a Flow.
Encharge creates anonymous profiles for visitors until they submit an email or userId. They only count toward your plan once they:
- Become identified (email/userId)
- Or enter a Flow (via an anonymous ID)

Let us know if you’d like help mapping your form fields or if you want a full demo of webhook integration — and thanks again for the detailed and thoughtful questions! 💬💪

Thank you for quick reply. Cool.

I have not understood about API. https://encharge.io/integrations/api/
Is what is mentioned under "How you can use the Encharge API" available for lower tiers?

Will further developed integrations be available also? Say I saw Google Ads integration request in your roadmap suggestions. If you do it, will it be available?

Great question! 🙌

Yes — the REST API is available on all LTD tiers, including Tier 6.

What’s not included is the Ingest API (used for event-based segmentation) — that’s Premium-only.

For new integrations like Google Ads: if it’s part of Growth, you’ll get it on all tiers. If it’s Premium-level, we’ll make that clear. Hope that helps!

Adding anonimous to the flow sounds interesting. Is it possible to trigger some specific action when the anonimous user in the flow visits the website? Say, show him special offer popup. Or what are the use cases?

Does site tracker tracks clicks (links of buttons) or other events?

and the last one )) If one of my subaccounts will grow so much that will not fit in my plan, will it be possible to export its list or/and smoothly move it for separate account within available at that moment plans?

To be transparent: anonymous profiles are mostly passive in Encharge. We track page visits and behavior before someone identifies themselves, so when they do submit a form, you get full context on what they did beforehand.

But — we don’t currently support actions to anonymous users (like showing popups). You’d need a separate tool for that kind of targeting.

Hope that helps clarify!

Love the forward-thinking!! 😄

Yes — if one of your subaccounts outgrows your LTD tier, you’ll absolutely be able to:

• Export the list at any time
• Or upgrade that subaccount to a paid Growth or Premium plan (with a 50% discount for LTD buyers)
