Q: Is it possible to purchase two Tier 6 licenses using the same AppSumo account?

Hey David,

I just purchased the Tier 6 license, and I’m really impressed with the product—great job!

I’m considering getting another Tier 6 license for a different company. Since stacking isn’t an option, I plan to register the second license using a different email. Would that be allowed?

Also, I noticed that Elementor is available in the integrations, which is great. However, Divi by Elegant Themes doesn’t seem to be supported yet. Do you have any plans to add Divi integration in the future? In the meantime, what’s the best way to connect Divi’s email opt-in forms with Encharge?

How does Encharge handle dark mode rendering in major email clients like Gmail and Apple Mail? Can I control or customize how my emails appear in dark mode to avoid unintended design issues?

Thanks in advance!

A: Hey Kushal 🙌

First off—massive thanks for the kind words and support. Means a lot coming from someone clearly diving deep into the platform already!!

Let’s break this down piece by piece:

➡️ Can you buy a second Tier 6 license using a different email?

Yes, absolutely. While you can’t stack licenses (e.g. 2x Tier 6 won’t give you a single 100k contact account), you can purchase and activate a second Tier 6 license under a new email and manage it as a completely separate account. Lots of agencies and folks managing multiple brands do this.

Just note: each license is its own isolated "workspace" — no cross-contact sharing or unified analytics. But totally fine and allowed!

➡️ Divi support / best workaround?

You're right — we don't currently have a native Divi integration, and there’s no specific ETA on one yet. That said, a lot of users have connected Divi using:

• The “Form Submitted” trigger in our Flows
• Or via Webhooks, Zapier, Pabbly, or Integrately

Basically, you'll want to send the form data to Encharge via one of those bridges. If Divi can trigger a webhook or send form data to Zapier, you’re good. Once it lands in Encharge, you can take it from there.

If there’s enough demand for Divi, we’re open to deeper native integration — feel free to upvote it at feedback.encharge.io if you haven’t already 🚀

➡️ Dark Mode rendering — how Encharge handles it?

Dark mode is tricky across email clients, since Gmail, Apple Mail, Outlook, etc. each render things differently — and often rewrite your email styles automatically.

In Encharge, we don’t have a specific toggle or override for dark mode yet — but:

• You can design with dark mode in mind: use transparent PNGs instead of JPGs, avoid pure white text on pure white backgrounds, and test extensively
• Our preview and test email features let you see how emails look in your inboxes before sending
• And many users build dual-tone designs (with darker or neutral backgrounds) that are less likely to get mangled

We know dark mode rendering is a real pain point for designers — so while we can’t fully control it (no ESP can), we’re actively exploring improvements here 🔍
