Q: Is the big circle with initials in it on the People page for a photo?
Hey Encharge team, I'm getting the system set up and have just imported my first few contacts. Under People, when I click on an individual Person, their initials are in a big circle on the left side of the screen.
Is that all it is—a circle with their initials inside of it? Can that circle be changed to be their photo? If so, how? Thank you!

Great question — that circle with the initials is just a placeholder avatar by default. But! If the contact’s email is tied to a Google account with a public profile photo, Encharge may pick that up and show it automatically 🎉
That said, there’s currently no way to upload or manage profile photos manually — it's just a visual touch for quick reference inside the People page.
