Q: Klaviyo alternative?
Hello, I often need to use Klaviyo because Shopify Emails can't send custom product recommendations per customer. Is it possible with Encharge? Can you get automatically Shopify product recommendations for each user based on his purchase and show these products in emails? And same for WooCommerce?
If not can we use some conditional logic to show the best sellers of the same category than the last products purchased by the user for example?
Thanks!

May 7, 2025A: Hey soyoo.re! 👋 Great question — and I love that you’re thinking about personalized product recommendations 🙌
Here’s the honest breakdown:
✅ What’s possible with Encharge (Tier 6) and Shopify/WooCommerce:
• You can send post-purchase emails triggered by a customer's purchase.
• You can use dynamic content (like product names, prices, SKUs) in those emails.
• You can set up conditional logic to show specific content based on customer data — for example, show a "Best Sellers" section for users who bought from a certain category.
• You can create segments of customers who purchased a specific product and send them targeted follow-up offers.
🚫 What’s not natively possible yet:
• True “automated product recommendations” (like Klaviyo’s predictive recommendations) aren’t yet available in Encharge.
• You can’t automatically display personalized products based on a customer’s browsing or purchase history without manual setup.
💡 Workaround:
If you want to get creative, you can build a flow that uses tags or segments to approximate recommendations:
1. Segment customers by purchased category (e.g., "Bought Electronics").
2. Use conditional logic in your email to show different “recommended” products based on their segment.
3. Manually update these recommended products every so often (best sellers, trending items).
Thank you can you please confirm if your product list component can list the in-stock best sellers of a given collection automatically?
Hey soyoo.re! 👋
Great follow-up — and just to be fully transparent:
❌ Our product list component can’t automatically pull in in-stock best sellers from a collection (like a dynamic, real-time list).
✅ But you can manually update a product list (like adding your best sellers) and use conditional logic to show it to customers based on their segment or purchase history.
