Q: No HubSpot, no Segment…..
The deal seems to be very attractive at first and I understand that you want to stay profitable, but maybe at least try to limit integration instead of just not giving access at all… hubspot is very important to me for example, I don’t know how I can get around it, even segments are very cool and we don’t have access to it at all, not even under some limits but completely removed. I am just afraid that in the future most necessary integrations will go to premium plan and not growth. It’s hard like this, I hope you can think about it.

SegmentS are included! They're not removed. It's just that the naming is super close between the feature (Segments) and the company (Segment.com)
But that aside, we totally hear you. The balance between offering a great lifetime deal and keeping the business sustainable long-term is so hard, and to be honest, we’re still thinking about how we're talking that tightrope every day 😅 The decision to keep certain integrations like HubSpot in the Premium plan (and not the Growth plan/LTD deal) wasn’t made lightly. These are incredibly powerful features — the kind that can dramatically increase server load, support needs, and complexity — and they’re part of what allows us to stay afloat while delivering a rock-solid LTD product for everyone else.
I think it's in everybody's interest that we keep the company alive and kicking and we all have incentive aligned... IF we can find a way to unlock something as a reward or a free bonus to buyers... we'll defo do it, no doubt :)
The best thing that everyone can do is spread the word about Encharge so we can reach economies of scale faster. Bear in mind: we chose to reward 2021 buyers, under new ownership, when other companies have gutted LTD plans/etc. I hope that prove our skin in the game when it comes to understanding the importance of past LTD buyers and how we wanna do this together, not as a tug of war
