Q: Only Tier 6 to benefit from new features added?
Sorry, it is very disappointing to learn that only Tier 6 profits from your recently announced updates. For a starting small (just me) business Tier 6 is quite an investment on top of all the other expenses… I might be willing to pay extra for the newly added features, but to upgrade from Tier 1 to Tier 6 is just not feasible right now. With the deal it says “All future Growth Plan updates” are included, but what does this actually entail? Right now it seems to have no meaning if only Tier 6 is to benefit each time… So again, very disappointing!

You’re absolutely right that the deal promises all future updates to the Growth plan, and we stand by that 100%. That includes:
• New features added to the Growth plan
• Improvements to Flows, emails, forms, UX, etc.
• New automation steps, fields, or builder updates
• Any integrations or enhancements made within the Growth plan
What it doesn’t include — and what we’ve been transparent about in this campaign — are Premium-only features, or integrations that are intentionally gated by tier. In the case of Tier 6, we decided to bundle in a few Premium-level perks like Shopify, WooCommerce, and now ThriveCart, as a bonus for those at the top tier. But that doesn’t change what Tier 1–5 buyers get within Growth.
That said:
We totally understand that jumping from Tier 1 to Tier 6 isn’t feasible for everyone. We’ve had internal chats about whether we should offer à la carte upgrades for certain features (like ThriveCart), but we don’t want to commit to something we might rethink later. If we do move in that direction, you’ll be the first to know.

a la cart transactional/api for t6?
Right now, we don’t offer à la carte access to transactional emails or the API, even for Tier 6 — those are still part of the Premium plan only.
As per the initial reply, we cannot offer them at the moment. We want to be careful not to over-promise something we may pivot on later.
