Q: Plan Says Free Email verification but cant see on platform
Hi We just got the Tier 2 package and settig up the contacts. We now want top verify the contacts emails however there was no option to do that. Can someone pls adviose if this is missing feature on platform or we have got wrong understaing!

✅ Free email verification is indeed included in all Encharge plans, including your Tier 2 package. However, this feature is not activated automatically.
Here’s how you can access and use it:
1. Go to the "Contacts" page in your Encharge dashboard.
2. Select the contacts you want to verify — you can do this individually or in bulk.
3. Click on the “Verify Email” option in the dropdown menu.
4. Look for the fields "Email Validation Result" and "Email Validation Confidence"
If you are not seeing this option, it may be due to a temporary UI issue. Please try clearing your browser cache or logging in via an incognito window.
