I know its probably an easy question but i just need to confirm this, does this appsumo deal include sending an confirmation email upon making a purchase? ( for example when someone bought a product from my shopify store, can i automate a flow that he will receive a confirmation email with his order info ? ( i got confused with the transactional email thing and i know you said its not included)

Here’s the deal: Transactional emails (like official order confirmations or receipts) are not included in this AppSumo deal because they are part of the Premium plan.
But if you’re using Shopify (on Tier 6), you can absolutely send “Thank you for your purchase!” emails or follow-up emails using Encharge. You can build a Flow triggered by the purchase event and include details like product name, price, or even a custom message.
✅ What you can do with Encharge (even on Growth/Tier 6):
• Send a personalized "Thank you for your purchase" email after an order.
• Trigger post-purchase nurture sequences, upsell emails, or review requests.
• Customize the email with customer data and order details (product name, SKU, etc.).
🚫 What you cannot do (without Premium):
• Replace Shopify’s official order receipt or confirmation email (the one with the order ID, billing info, etc.).
• Send purely transactional emails like password resets or account notifications.
In short: Encharge is great for post-purchase marketing emails, but you’ll still need Shopify (or another platform) to send the official order confirmation.
