Q: Regarding Sub-accounts
Hello team Encharge, quick question regarding sub-accounts. If I purchase let’s say tier 2 for 10K subs and 3 sub-accounts. Does that mean I can have three different businesses in one account? And if so do they share the 10K subs evenly or however you get to the 10k first? Please explain, and thank you!

Yes — with Tier 2, you can absolutely run 3 separate businesses (or brands, clients, etc.) using sub-accounts. Each sub-account is totally isolated: its own contacts, flows, emails, team members, and more.
You get 10,000 total subscribers across those 3 sub-accounts — and it’s totally up to you how they’re distributed. Could be:
• 5,000 in one
• 3,000 in another
• 2,000 in the last
...or any other mix, as long as you stay under your total limit. Hope that clears it up! 🙌

Thanks for getting back to me David. One follow-up. In the setup process at encharge when I purchase the plan I want. To set up the three businesses in my example will I be able to verify the domains in each sub-account to make sure that I have reliable deliver ability to those accounts. Thanks again!
Absolutely — you can verify a separate sending domain in each sub-account, so each business has its own authenticated email setup. That’s the best way to ensure solid deliverability across the board ✅
