Q: Regarding the WooCommerce Integration.

I'm waffling on getting the highest tier for the Woocommerce integration. I was wondering, does it offer anything special that I couldn't do via Pabbly/Zapier integrations with Woocommerce? I'm used to using Pabbly/Zapier with my current providers and so if there isn't anything special with the Woocommerce integration then it might help with my decision. Thanks for coming back to Appsumo and giving us newbies to the platform a chance at your amazing software.

A: Hey Brandon — really appreciate the thoughtful question and your kind words 🙌

Let’s be honest here: if you’re already comfortable using Pabbly or Zapier with WooCommerce, and you’ve got solid automations in place, you can likely cover a good chunk of what Encharge’s native WooCommerce integration offers.

That said, here's what you do get with the native integration (Tier 6 only):

• Real-time triggers like “Made a purchase” or “Purchased product from category X”
• Automatically syncs customer/order data into Encharge (name, email, product, order amount, etc.)
• Lets you build flows directly from WooCommerce actions — no middle tools or extra config needed
• Better stability and fewer points of failure than external tools (no webhook delays, no Zap runs used, etc.)

So... is it strictly better than Pabbly or Zapier? Depends on your workflow. It’s definitely smoother, more native, and lets you move faster inside Encharge without bouncing between tools. But if you’re already managing things well through Pabbly, you might not need it.

We didn’t build this to "lock" people into Tier 6 — we added it because many ecomm folks asked for a deeper native connection that just works without setup overhead.

Hope that helps you decide!! Let me know if you want to see some use cases for native vs. external integrations — happy to break it down further 👇
