Q: Shopify Features
Can you talk me through the eCommerce roadmap for Tier 6 moving forward? Particularly the Shopify integration. Do you see new features being added as a part of the integration, or will the exising features (new buyer identification, for example) be all we should expect? I don't currently have a Shopify store and don't need tier 6 (yet!), but I'd be willing to invest if I can visualize the upside down the road. Thanks!

Right now, our Shopify integration in Tier 6 includes:
• Contact sync from Shopify to Encharge
• Triggers for New Customer and New Order
• Basic product and order data for use in Flows
We’re definitely looking at ways to expand our eComm features — things like deeper automation triggers and richer data handling are on our radar. That said, we don’t want to promise anything too specific just yet, in case priorities shift as we build 🙏
If Shopify’s part of your future, Tier 6 gives you access to everything we currently offer — and puts you in a good spot for whatever comes next.
