Q: silly question, but what is subaccount?

is this to allow me to split up the number of subscribers across different businesses/domains?

A: Not a silly question at all! 😊

✅ What is a Sub-Account in Encharge?
A sub-account is an independent account under your main Encharge account. Think of it as a separate workspace you can use for different businesses, clients, or projects.

✅ How Sub-Accounts Work:
Each sub-account has its own contacts, automations, emails, and settings. You can switch between sub-accounts easily without any data mixing.

Sub-accounts do not share subscriber limits. Each one has its own limit based on your tier.

Shortly, they're perfect for managing multiple businesses or domains from one Encharge account.

✅ Example Use Case:
- If you have a Tier 3 license (10,000 subscribers) with 3 sub-accounts:
- You could use one sub-account for Business A (5,000 subscribers).
- Another for Business B (3,000 subscribers).
- And another for Business C (2,000 subscribers).

Is it possible to restrict the number of subscribers for each of my sub-accounts?

Currently, there’s no built-in way to set subscriber limits for each sub-account — they all share the total limit of your main account.

But you can manually monitor and manage each sub-account’s contacts to stay within your preferred limits.
